- Continuous improvement is promoted to enhance the effectiveness of the integrated management system, including the ongoing improvement of environmental performance and pollution prevention.

- Quality and environmental objectives and targets are established and regularly reviewed.
- Performance indicators are used to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of core processes, and improvement goals are incorporated into planning activities.
