How to Clean Faucets

Cleaning faucets with El Milagrito all-purpose degreaser will make it your best ally.

Because faucets are in direct contact with water, they often get covered in limescale, leaving water drop marks. Additionally, if not cleaned regularly, they lose their shine and become unkempt. For a perfect cleaning, you need products that best suit your needs. We recommend our all-purpose degreaser.

1. Spray

To clean all bathroom faucets (sink, shower, bidet…), spray El Milagrito Multipurpose Degreaser.

2. Let it sit

Let the product sit for a couple of minutes for a better cleaning effect.

3. Rinse

Rinse with plenty of water then wipe with a damp cloth until all the product is removed.

4. Dry

To achieve a higher shine, dry the faucets with kitchen paper towels.

For a perfect cleaning

To clean the faucets, we recommend not to use rough materials such as metallic scouring pads. That way, we fully avoid scratching the faucet and potentially damaging its surface. Instead, we recommend using only soft materials.

Frequency of cleaning

If you want your faucets to be in optimal condition, our advice is to clean them once a week. However, we recommend removing the remains of soap and toothpaste on a daily basis so that their residue does not accumulate and cause unpleasant stains.
