How to clean the Extractor Hood

For a perfect cleaning of the range hood, you need to have the products that best suit your needs. For this, El Milagrito degreaser will be your best ally.

The range hood filters tend to accumulate a lot of grease since the cooking vapors settle there. Additionally, if too much grease accumulates, it stops performing its extraction function and can cause a real problem.

1. Remove the Filters

To better remove the grease from the range hood, it’s best to take out the filters and clean them separately with El Milagrito.

2. Soak the Filters

Prepare a basin with 50% water and 50% El Milagrito, and place the filters in it.

3. Let it Work

Let the product sit for 5 minutes to enhance the cleaning effect.

4. Rinse

Rinse with water and wipe with a damp cloth until all the product is removed.

For a Perfect Clean

In addition to the filters, the range hood itself also accumulates a lot of dirt. To make it spotless, we recommend spraying El Milagrito over the entire surface, letting it sit for a couple of minutes, and then wiping it off with a damp cloth.

Cleaning Frequency

If you want your range hood to be in optimal condition, our advice is to clean it once a month with El Milagrito degreaser. This ensures that a large amount of grease doesn’t accumulate, preventing any potential problems.
